Shipping policy

Graystone Tiles will always endeavour to use the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination.

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the items in your order and the postcode entered.

Once your order has been placed and processed you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order.

General delivery time frame (Australia): Approx 3-10 business days depending on location and stock availability.
Pick-up orders: Our staff will contact you via email/phone call when your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up.
For urgent deliveries: Please contact our office directly on 1300 182 024 so we can best accommodate you.
International Shipping: For all International Shipping enquires please contact us directly via phone or email before placing your order.

*In the event that there are circumstances out of our control that may cause shipping postponements or delays we will always contact you to discuss the situation and keep you informed. (for example: customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.)

Do you offer Pick-Up/Click & Collect: Yes!

If you are located in Brisbane or surrounds you can select the click & collect option at the checkout and collect your order from our Tingalpa warehouse as soon as you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Collections are available:

Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm

Saturday: 9am-2pm

(Excludes Public Holidays)
